i was just watching the news to hear of yet ANOTHER female teacher having sex with one of her students. a few months back, i heard of a woman microwaving her infant child. then there was that lisa diaz case where she murdered two of her children and of course there’s andrea yates and countless other women who toss their babies in a dumpster. when i turn the channel in disgust, there’s those "girls gone wild" commercials with young girls humping each other like monkeys. when i go to the mall and hold the door for a lady, i get a suspicious leer instead of a thank you and the young girls in the mall dress like hookers, have half their buttcrack showing, tons of facial piercings, bad attitudes, and filthy mouths. isn’t this a sign that something in our society has gone horribly wrong? now i realize that there are decent women out there. but unfortunately they seem few and far between. and yes i am married. so don’t try that "can’t get laid huh? " excuse. what went wrong with women?
please don’t take this as a woman bashing message. there are alot of flaws with men today too, but that’s another topic.
women are as wrong as men are these days. THE WORLD HAS GONE MAD. Sometimes i think that this world is "THE HELL"

I’ve been wondering this in all honesty. I hear women tell me all the time "I want a nice guy" yet all I ever see them go after are trash that treat them poorly. I believe I am a nice guy, I am respectful, courteous, chivalrous… yet everytime I get to know a girl and eventually ask them out I receive the same answer "You’re like a brother to me." I then see the same girls that once told me they want a nice guy that treats them well (which I am) and instead they go out with jerks who treat them poorly and cheat on them. I on the other hand hold doors open, am always there when they need to talk, and always respect them, but I get demoted to being "The best friend".
Honest question, what do women want? I am not going to change my personality and start acting like a jerk, because I was brought up that you treat someone with respect and I refuse to abandon those morals. Any suggestions or ideas as to why all the girls I have ever met say one thing, but act a completely different way?
To answer someones question, I have tried talking to women at all types of different places (I’ve never been to a club or bar though), I’ve talked to women at parties, church, work, school… basically everywhere. I’m not the kind of guy just to walk up to a random girl in the supermarket or anything, I am not into the whole one night stand thing.. so as a result I like to become friends first, or at least really get to know each other before I ask them out on a date.
To the person that said I want to know how to get a girl to like me, that is simply untrue. What I am asking is for insight into the female mind, as being a male I am not privy to this type of knowledge… if women don’t like me for who I am, fine, I’m not going to change my personality in order to get them to like me, I am who I am… I have morals and respect, and I stand by them.
Women are fickle – go for the girls who aren’t changing their wardrobe every week and you might find a woman who knows who she is and what she wants.
Most younger women are still trying men on like shoes – they’ve still got their looks and they’re going to "work it" while they still have it going for them.
Your best bet is to look for a woman who isn’t chaging her wardrobe every week and is focused on something that smacks of "higher breeding" – good bet she’s willing to settle down with someone whose interests match her own, who can be relied upon both finacially and emotionally, and who is willing to love her not for what she looks like, but who she is (and who she is going to be 40 years from now).

We sit around and read our novels (a good "peek" into our minds just by picking up the same title and reading it yourself) and sip our coffees and WAIT for a percpetive and intiative man to ask what our books are about.

I’m really stuck on what to say to a woman who I don’t know, when I’d like to get to know her. I’m an attractive guy, but I don’t have the "gift of gab", and I don’t want to sound like I’m interviewing her, nor do I want to ask her all sorts of boring questions like "what do you do for work?" or "who are you here with?", etc. I cringe when I think of that! I see some guys talking to girls, and I can’t hear what they’re saying but they’re going on and on and I wonder what in the world they could be saying when they don’t even know the girl!
So I’m asking the women out there, how would you want a guy to approach you (assuming he’s cute and you wouldn’t mind him talking to you)? What kinds of things would be good conversation starters?
for me it doesn’t matter the question.i love to answer them.but for other girls try complimenting them on something they’re wearing or carrying.or if theyre walking a dog u could ask to pet the dog and ask the dogs name and so on.trust me ur not the only person without the the "gift of gab".u just have to find a subject u both have in common or u think she might like.

I must say though, I uploaded it for the same reason I would upload a music video. It is simply enjoyable to watch. I have read the book, and it was a very interesting read. One of those books that you just can’t put down. However, you have got to keep in mind that this guy is a writer, that’s what he does. He embellishes his stories in a way that they become completely enticing. He is a master at writing, especially when describing the fine details with such a modern and cool style.
He seems to be naturally a pleasant person. That’s because when he introduces himself, he doesn’t convey the feeling that he wants something from you. And yes, he does go undetected, or under the radar like many of you mentioned, but that’s because he is not threatening at all. That is to say, obviously he is very average looking, so we wouldn’t even seem him like a competitor. He does come across with a gay vibe, so women won’t feel threaten by him either. However, that whole idea that if you make women think you’re gay and later reveal to them that you’re really not, that is honestly not going to get you anywhere. Once a woman has placed you in the gay box or the friend box, there is no climbing out of it.
When you read this book, just read it like you would read any other fiction book. Let’s think about this from the logical side. If he wanted to help out all the guys out there who can’t get any, he wouldn’t go on national television and reveal how to do it because women obviously would find out as well. It would be counterproductive because they would read the book and would call it on the spot when they feel there a guy is using Strauss’s gimmicks. He’s doing this for his own interest, he wants money in exchange for his writing, and I don’t blame him for it. He never presents his book as a problem-solver, or as dating-manual. There’s no “step 1, step 2.” He narrates a fictitious story based on a true anecdote, much like Irvine Welsh’s Trainspotting.
When you get down to it, what most women nowadays want are guys that have something to offer. Whether it is money, looks, connections, being able to establish relationships with others easily, protection. That’s how it is. Especially “high-maintenance” girls, you have got to have some of those qualities or it’s not going to happen for you. When it comes to down-to-earth-girls, (a dying breed I must say) all you have to do is be pleasant, make them feel comfortable and don’t try hard to impress them, you have to be so comfortable that they will feel comfortable being themselves, they open up to you, she bonds with you, and the result is incredible. That was the message, the moral, of this story, I mean, Strauss did end up with a down-to-earth girl that wouldn’t put up with his gimmicks and just wanted a genuine person with whom she could feel comfortable being herself. He got laid by all those other girls in the night clubs because he pretended to be something else, pretended to have come of the things mentioned above. That’s why pea cocking works, because when a girl sees a guy dressed ridiculous that usually means the guy has so much power, or money, or whatever, that he does not give a what anyone else is doing because he’s above them. So they get closed to them, they sized them up, and determine whether they got something or not.
So keep watching and commenting, but don’t take this too seriously. Otherwise, tt would be like watching Shoot ‘em Up and analyze it using ballistics.

I’m a single guy who lives at home For now, due to economical crisis, I cannot afford to leave. I am finishing college with hopes of entering the bail bondsman business. My family has a shore house which has an apartment beneath it. The plan is, after the house we live in now gets sold, the family is gonna move down there and at that time, hopefully I’ll be working in that field and clearing enough money weekly to move out.
The thing is, I will be moving downstairs in the apartment at the shore house which is the same bu idling but completely different living spaces. Instead of me going to some random apartment paying some other land lord, I’d rather pay my mom the rent to help her out. So I’ll be out on my own but not far away from family. Does that seem like a good deal or no? Would girls go out with someone with this living arraignment?
for all intent and purpose, I will be out on my own.
i wouldn’t say no just over that- you have your own living space, you’re in a bit of a rough situation financially and its only until you get back on your feet, hopefully you cook your own meals, do your own cleaning- basically live just like you really are on your own (which i guess you are)
however i would think it was a little odd if you made enough money to move out comfortably, and you stayed at home.. your mum might need the money from rent, but she can get someone else to come and share the house- some college student or something…
i know i get a little awkward when a guy SHOULD have moved out but has hasn’t- or even when he’s just living with or very close to his parents- it’s awkward and uncomfortable to have the parents so close..
